Trinityhouse Maybel
2020 Irish bred Connemara Filly by Manninard Abel (Class 1 CPBS) out of Ballyerk Mary (Clonfert Boy, Class 1 CPBS)
To make 14.1-14.2hh (approx - she was 133cm at the withers and 135cm at her quarters 11th May 2021) Buckskin (tested)/Grey filly, Maybel is passported with the BCPS, and tested HWSD N/N
Maybel is full of presence and 'look at me' attitude! A strong and correct filly, she is growing well and already showing good depth.
She will excel in the show ring prior to her ridden career
Her sire Manninard Abel is a Show jumper in his own right, with numerous wins at Pony Grade B with SJ Ireland. He had a particularly fruitful outing at the Ballinalee Connemara Pony Show in 2014 where he won the Connemara Stallion Performance class as well as coming 2nd in the International Performance for riders under 16 and 3rd in the Connemara Derby. He has also passed this talent on to his offspring - from a small book of mares he has produced HSI show jumpers.
Her Dam, Ballyerk Mary, is our new broodmare here at THS, see Mary's page for full information and details of her performance ancestors.
With her novel Irish bloodlines, Maybel is doubly blessed, as she could be either a brilliant ridden prospect and/or a super addition to a Connemara breeding operation.
Maybel was weaned in January 2021 and is good to lead, fully up to date with worming and tetanus vaccinated.
Knowledgeable approved home required for this stunning filly.
